Return Window

Ensuring customer satisfaction is our top priority, which is why we offer a 14-day window for returns or exchanges, giving you reasonable flexibility while maintaining efficient processing.

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 72 hours), your exchange order will be processed and delivered according to our shipping timelines.

Refunds will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method and may take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is completed.

 

 

Return Exclusions and Condition Criteria

  • Personalized or customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Factory Seconds items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • All ordered and complimentary items must be returned in unused, unwrinkled, undamaged, and resellable condition, along with the packing slip.

  • Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns/refunds that do not meet these criteria.

In case of receiving a wrong or defective product, please contact us within 2 working days of delivery.

 

 

Return Shipping and Alteration Charges

  • Customer bears return shipping costs in cases of:

    • Change of mind

    • Did not like the item

  • We cover the return shipping in cases of:

    • Wrong item delivered

    • Defective or damaged product

For custom orders, our team reviews the measurements considering your height and weight and might recommend some changes. If you choose to stick with your original measurements, we will proceed accordingly. However, if the original measurements result in fitting issues upon receipt, a minimal alteration fee may apply.

 

 

Black Friday & Cyber Monday Return Policies

We appreciate your interest in our Black Friday and Cyber Monday Sales, where we are pleased to present our best offers of the year.

Please note that we do not accept refund requests for items purchased during these promotional events. However, to offer added flexibility, we’ve extended our exchange and store credit window to 30 days from the date of receipt.

If you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase or the fit, you may initiate an exchange within 30 days of receiving the order.

  • Standard-size orders: Eligible for exchange with a different size or an alternative product.

  • Made-to-measure or custom orders: Eligible only for alteration.

Custom Orders

Return and Alteration

We aim to deliver the perfect jacket the first time. However, if your custom order doesn’t fit, we offer the first alteration free of charge.

Our Approach to Mutual Success

Crafting custom (bespoke) jackets requires detailed attention to ensure complete satisfaction.

  • Design & Quality: We share photos of your final product before dispatch for your approval.

  • Sizing: We guide you to take accurate measurements before production to minimize errors. If the jacket doesn’t fit perfectly upon arrival, the first alteration is complimentary.

Refunds

We do not accept returns for refunds on custom orders. Custom items are made specifically to your style, material, and measurements, and therefore cannot be resold.

 

 

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 2 days of order placement. Requests can be submitted.

Once an order has been dispatched or is under customs clearance, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you must accept the parcel and arrange its return in accordance with the return policy.

If our Customer Support Team has confirmed time-sensitive delivery, cancellation is not possible once the order is placed, due to the expedited production and logistics process.
