We proudly offer free shipping worldwide on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
We ship to most countries globally, except for:
Russia, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, and OFAC-sanctioned countries.

All orders are shipped from our international warehouse using premium express couriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

Courier Service

To provide fast and secure shipping, we use premium international carriers such as DHL and FedEx.
We reserve the right to select the most suitable courier for each shipment to ensure efficient delivery.

APO/PO Boxes: We do not deliver to PO, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses.

 


 

Customs Duty & Taxes

All customs duties and import taxes are included in the item total at checkout.
You will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

 


 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your parcel is marked as “Delivered” in tracking but has not been received, please contact both the courier and our Customer Support Team within 5 working days from the reported delivery date to start an investigation.
Once confirmed by the carrier, we will issue either a replacement or a store credit.

Lost packages are not eligible for refunds.

 


 

Delivery Issues & Address Accuracy

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped. Please monitor its progress to ensure successful delivery.

  • If the courier attempts delivery and you are unavailable, it is your responsibility to contact them for redelivery.

  • If a package is refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the courier may destroy the parcel. Such orders are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

 


 

Other Policies

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your payment is processed.

  • Combined Shipments: Multiple orders to the same address may be shipped together to streamline delivery.

  • Complimentary Items: Orders exceeding 10 products may not include complimentary items unless approved by Customer Support.
